We offer affordable residential and commercial rental properties in Gearhart, Oregon. We have been a local family owned and operated small business since 2000.
Residential units range from one, two and three bedroom apartments.
Commercial rentals range from small storage units up to 1,200 square foot commercial storefront/retail units.
We have expanded to a working farm since 2023. We are not certified organic but are learning and applying organic growing procedures. We don't use any pesticides or toxic chemicals on our produce. Watch for our offerings of fruits, vegetables, herbs, flowers and houseplants on our Facebook page.
*Do you have "vacation" rentals?
No, we do not deal in vacation rentals, only long term
rentals.
*Are we a property management company?
No, we are not. We own all of our rental properties.
*Will we manage other owner's rental properties?
No, we aren't licensed to do so.
